The primary goal of a UX designer (short for User Experience Designer) is to ensure that the product’s users are happy with it. UX designers are always on the lookout for new and better methods to make the product experience more pleasurable for the end-user.

The user’s advocate is another way to think of a UX designer. They make sure that each part of the product is in the best place and that any multi-step process in the product is simple and easy for the user.

They may make customer journey maps such as the one above to better comprehend how the user feels. Journey maps show how the customer interacts with the business over time and across different types of services.
